Made-to-Order & Slow Fashion Philosophy
Because every Isabela Amie Paris kaftan, kimono, or garment is made to order and handcrafted in Turkey, we do not operate on a mass-production basis. Our tailor, a seasoned artisan with many years of experience, applies his mastery and care to every detail, ensuring each piece is unique and refined.
Because every garment is created exclusively for you, production times may vary depending on demand, fabric availability, and artisanal workflow. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming it.
Eligibility for Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the custom and artisanal nature of our products, refunds are available only under the following conditions:
—The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
—The request for a refund is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
—The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons related to production or delivery timelines, as each piece is handcrafted and delivery times may vary (typically 4–8 weeks).
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange:
—Custom-made garments tailored to specific requests.
—Sale or discounted items.
—Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Shipping Costs
