SHIPPING POLICY

Slow Fashion & Production Time

At Isabela Amie Paris, every kaftan and garment is handcrafted in Turkey under our slow luxury philosophy. Each piece is made to order to ensure individuality, precision, and exceptional quality.

Due to this artisanal process, orders typically take between 4 to 8 weeks to be completed and prepared for shipping. Production times may vary depending on production volume, product demand, and fabric availability.

We believe that true luxury is timeless, and your patience allows us to deliver a piece made exclusively for you.

Order Processing

Once your order is completed, it will be carefully prepared for shipment. Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping Globally. Please note that shipping options and delivery timelines may vary by region.

Shipping Methods & Costs

—Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Orders are shipped directly from our Turkish atelier. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once shipped. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight.

—International Shipping; We offer standard international shipping only. Delivery times depend on your country’s customs processing. Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Isabela Amie Paris.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, Isabela Amie Paris is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We recommend providing a secure delivery location.

Service Interruptions

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier issues. While these situations are outside our control, our customer service team will do their best to assist and provide updates whenever possible.

 Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If a product is out of stock, clients may have the option to place a pre-order. Estimated delivery times will be communicated prior to checkout. Pre-orders ensure that your garment is handcrafted exclusively for you, maintaining our brand’s commitment to personalization and slow luxury.
